Processing Time:

Each frame is meticulously handcrafted, making every piece one-of-a-kind. Once you receive your confirmation email, we will begin processing your order. Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing, as each frame is made with care and attention to detail.

Please note that slight variations in the frames from the online image may occur due to the handmade nature of each product, adding to its unique charm.

Care Instructions

To keep your frames and plexiglass looking their best, follow these gentle cleaning tips:

For plexiglass:

  • Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth for regular dusting and light cleaning.

  • For smudges or dirt:

    • Option 1: Lightly dampen the microfiber cloth with a mixture of warm water and a few drops of mild, non-abrasive dish soap. Wipe gently, then rinse with a clean, damp cloth to remove residue. Dry with a soft cloth to prevent streaks.

    • Option 2: Use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol (70% or less) on the microfiber cloth for a streak-free shine.

For moulding:

  • Wipe with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.

Avoid using:

  • Paper towels (they can leave scratches)

  • Glass cleaner (it may damage the plexiglass surface)

  • Abrasive cleaning products

  • Soaps with harsh chemicals
